Explore the value of friendship.
Discover the benefits of teamwork.
Foundational Concept: Resilience - The ability to recover readily from adversity.
Week 3: TO TOUGH TO GET ROUGH
Recognize the value of developing resilience.
Identify feelings and healthy ways to express them.
Week 4: POWER BALANCE
Challenging what it looks like to be a powerful person.
Identify ways to display respect for themselves and others.
Foundational Concept: Courage - The quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty; bravery.
Week 5: CAUSE AND EFFECT
Gain an understanding of the difference between healthy & unhealthy risk-taking.
Identify consequences of healthy and unhealthy risk-taking.
Week 6: THE MAN FOR THE DREAM
Recognize the importance of goal setting in achieving a dream or goal.
