WORTHY is a unique personal development and group mentoring tool that uses an inspirational, practical, and Christ-centered focus to help young girls comprehend their value. As a result, girls are equipped to become more confident, confident of their self-worth and value, and able to have a brighter outlook on their future.

Course structure
Session 1 & 2 - Team Building.
Participate in fun activities in order to feel more known, valued and comfortable with their group.
Establish rapport with the course facilitators and course peer group members.

Session 3 - Body, Soul & Spirit: I am Valuable
Gain an understanding that she is wonderfully made in God’s image.
Identify that nothing can separate her from God’s love.
Session 4 - I am Wonderfully Made & One-of-a-Kind
Understand that she is of great value and her speech can reflect this.
Identify that she are uniquely designed with a body, mind and spirit.
KAHA/STRENGTH: ‘I CAN MAKE EMPOWERING CHOICES’
Session 5 – I have the Power of Choice
Understand she can be a powerful person who makes good choices & shows responsibility.
Explore the concept of how forgiveness can set her free.
Session 6 – My Words are Powerful.
Explore and understand her emotions and the impact of her thoughts.
Identify key tools to improve the way she communicates.
TUAKIRI/IDENTITY: ‘I HAVE A HOPE AND A FUTURE’
Session 7 – My Identity Drives my Decisions and Actions.
Identify strengths in herself and others.
Identify how comparing to others can impact upon her joy and sense of security.·
Understand that our identity in Christ is that we are loved, worthy and accepted.
Session 8 – My Potential is Limitless. My life has purpose.
Understand her identity in God’s truth to inspire a future of hope.
Reflect on the understanding that she has something to contribute.
Session 9 – Celebration/Graduation Event
It is a chance for the girls to come together for the last time and enjoy a special treat.
